I need a recipe for ezo gelin çorbası. Since first time I tasted it on a pit stop on my way from Ankara to Antalya I haven't been able to forget it.
Is it absolutely necessary to make it in a pressure boiler? And how long time does it usually take to make it? Once I tried to make but at the end of the day the mercimek (english?) wasn't ready and we ended up eating it as it was
