I READ FORUM WRONG SOMETIMES MY ENGLISH IS NOT SO GOOD....lol

ANYWAY A GOOD DESSERT ON A HOT DAY AND HEALTY IS FRUIT SMOOTHIES/SHAKES OR FRUIT JUICE SNOW CONES THEY ARE ALSO REFRESHING.....TAKE CARE

Sorry I was diconnected I live in cali,USA they are very popular here and ice cream or yogurt is good and any kinds of fruit you like and blend it with some ice to & very good
for you.

Also not the most healthiest way is coffee shakes my favorite. with chocolae or vanilla cold strong coffee, Ice and ice cream and milk.
