when you find you have locked a heavy goods lorry and driver in, get called back to work when you have finished for the day to let him OUT!!

First of course he has to be unloaded with no forklift driver - so I find one. Then the day gets much much worse when the forklift gets stuck, the lorry driver tries to pull it out and forklift topples over with driver jumping off!

You then have to get help to upright the fork lift, battery acid pooring everywhere and still lorry to be unloaded!

Shit what a day!

To top it off, I have to work tomorrow!! Because it is Christmas

Still no Christmas shopping, cards still to be sent, decorations to be put up, ironing to do, housework to do,shopping to do............................ hic hic

I knew I had a bad day when a couple of weeks ago I arrived for work late...(which is not unusual, but I was particularly late ) and explained that there had been two Shetland ponies loose in the road and all the traffic had to stop - which was ABSOLUTELY TRUE! I called from my mobile and they said "yeah right!" and still wont believe me...

Today I arrived for work 10 minutes late and without looking up my boss said "what was it today, wild boar in the road?" Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Well at first I was going to say:
When I had to be admitted to hospital by ambulance which then resulted me staying in hospital for 5 days where I then had to see my consultant who said I was unfit to fly to Australia.

I was supposed to go to Australia for just over a month with just me and my friend. No parents, just us, which believe me is like heaven when I was 15! so you can imagine I was sooooooooo upset. But what stops me saying that was a bad day is that I went to Turkey for two weeks with the family (they had to re book their holiday) two weeks later which resulted in me, being a member of this site, meeting some of the best friends I will ever have and having such a great experience.

But if I had to name a bad day it would be March 10th 2002 around 12:30pm on Mothering Sunday.

I had a bad morning a few years ago... I used to have to get a small ferry to work, and was late as usual. I ran out the door and down the hill to the ferry, and JUST managed to get on. Then....sat down and realised I was wearing different shoes on each foot.... !!! Oh the embarassment all day ....
