has anyone seen in some places where they have dried aubergine skins drying out???

they get dried and used later in the year when aubergines are out of season???

i think they get blanched then stuffed with rice.

does anyone know how to do it, can anyone share a good recipe??

Let us now if you succeed. It doesn't look that simple to me :-S Then again, it might be the humid climate overhere that makes it look that way to me
