After having eaten a really gross, spungy kebab pita from my local place I started thinking about all the turkish dishes I miss and am looking forward to make when I'm going to Turkey.

A few of my favourites include
Ezo gelin çorbası
plain makarna
Dolma (with the small green peppers)
şehriye çorbası, but I spice it differently than you would usually do
snack: Kabak Çekirdeği; roasted and salted pumpkin seeds, which I used to buy like every day

What about you?

Well, I'm not a good cook (except for many Japanese dishes) so making myself is not really the best option but I like (and miss): ezogelin çorba, işkender kebap, adana kebap, sigara böreği, meze (acıli esme the most), and tatlı, çok tatlı: kemal paşa, sütlac, künefe, kadayif, kabak tatlı, keşkül....

4.Kol boregi(ok,ok we have it here in Bulgaria too but theres something different about eating it there)
