quick and easy accompaniment with bulgur, rice or kebab

plain/natural yoghurt
water
1/2 medium sizded garlic clove(s)
cucumber


in a bowl(size of your choice/needs) put the yoghurt then run(turn on) the cold water tap slowly and stir the mixture until it reaches the consistency you require(depends if you are using it for a dip or as extra flavour to a bland dish.mine has a medium consistency)

chop the cucumber into small pieces and crush the garlic clove(s) and add to the mixture.
add fresh chopped dill for garnish if required/wanted
