Mantar dolmasi (stuffed mushrooms)

6-8 large mushrooms
5-6 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
1 crushed garlic clove or finely chopped depending on personal preference
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
topping
5 tablespoons grated mozzarella or similar cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Firstly clean the mushrooms with a clean cloth, then cut off the stalks
Mix all of the filling together and fill the mushrooms with the filling
Make sure the oven is heated to 175 degrees celcius and cook until they are golden brown
serve hot
