INGREDIENTS

5 kilos capsicum(red peeper)
1,5 tea glass vinegar
18-20 cloves garlic
a bunch of parsley
3 soupspoons salt
1 tea glass oil
mint
water(sufficient amount)

PROCESSING METHOD

First water and dry up the peppers.
Arrange the peepers on a tray and put it into oven which is heated before
Take the peppers out when their skin can be peeled.(you can't grill all the peppers in one tray,do this process untill you grill all of them)
Remove the stalks and seeds from the peppers.
Cut the peppers into 2-3 cm pieces on a board.
Cut the parsley into thin pieces
Grate the garlic
Mix vinegar,salt and water-2 waterglass water)(salt should be dissolved)
Put the pepper into a container row by row
Add garlic and parsley into the some rows-and little dry mint
Pour the mixture and oil
Cover it.
If it is possible keep it in the fridge.
You can serve it either immediately or later
