karsambaç!!! (a turkish desert)

its made of snow..çamlıyayla/mersin famous for its karsambaç...in summers snow which brought from taurus mountains put in a plates.....and cherry , pomegranate or rose syrup added on plate.....(u can choose also one of them)and u mix it while eating.....it must be ancestor of ice-cream.....its great and everybody should try it....but its best in çamliyayla......saygılar

nooo babe...its natural...no chocolate...just in syrup...
