could someone please help me to tranlsate this please....i'm thinking of cooking it if it's not too difficult....

Ingredients:

1 medium sized chicken
4 table spoons sunflower oil
1 table spoon lemon juice
2 table spoons conserved pineapple juice
2 table spoons of grapes (green ones)
2 table spoons of rum
2 tomatoes
1 orange
1 table spoon of real butter
red pepper
salt.

Preparation

Divide the chicken in fairly large pieces, let it wait in the lemonjuice, pineapplejuice and some salt for one hour. Heat up some oil and fry the chicken pieces lightly. Add the grapes, rum, diced tomatoes, salt and red pepper, and stir. Let it simmer on half fire with the lid closed for about 15-20 minutes.

When the chicken is boiling, cut the pinapple in cubed, cover it with breadcrumbs (you know, the ones you can buy for frying, ready in a package) and fry the pineapple in the butter (these ingredients were not on the ingredient list tho ).

Put the safran-pilav (not mentioned before but easy to make) on a big plate and ‘spread it’. Put the chicken pieces over the rice and pour the sauce. Decorate it with the pineapple and orange slices and serve.

- Doesnt sound too difficult to me and im a zero (well, maybe a 1 these days) in the kitchen!

Afiyet olsun!
