fried patotoe balls

^3 big size patotoes
1 tea spoon salt, blackpepper
2 table spoon butter
oil (whichone you like)
a full cup of noodles

boil patotoes and smash them. Add salt, pepper, butter and mix properly. Make walnut sized balls with it and roll each ball in the noodles. When every balls are covered with noodles, fry them in oil, serve them while hot. Bon apetite!

I forgot! You can use this balls without noodles. like: roll some of them on dried mint, some of them red pepper, some of them chopped parsley. Serve them cold and colorful! Or, put them on lettuce, cover with yoghurt with garlic, finish with a touch of dried mint. Now bon apetite!
