Potato/spinach and white cheese borek

Does anyone out there have some simple recipes for these borek that I could follow?

I always have these borek when I go to Turkey and fattening as they are I love them and could eat them every day!

I'm sitting at my desk too trying not to dribble and dreaming about eating them al fresco somewhere warm in Turkey!! Dream on.

Now that is just cruel Tiny I'm sitting with the heater on full, looking out at the cold day so apart from making me hungry for borek, you have now made me hungry to be in Turky eating it! he he he

i just move to derby from izmir,to be honest i just miss to eat borek,i want to cook but i am not sure can i or not,is there anyone to teach me to cook any easy one
