green beans with virgin oil

3 big size onion
4 big size tomatoes
1 kg. green beans
150 ml. virgin olive oil
1 tb. spoon salt
1 tea spoon sugar

Clean up the sides of beans. Cut each bean two or three pieces. Put them on a pot. Add dice chopped onions and tomatoes, salt, sugar, oil. Do not add any water. Cook for 1.5 hours in low glow. Stir it after cooked. Serve cold. Bon apetite

These are just a nice served warm! I cooked this and served with fish - yum yum! (but I didn't cook for 1.5hrs, only about 30 min)

Nice recipe. I have done it but i steamed the green beans to retain its freshness
