Can somebody tell me if there is a (simple) way to split the yellows from the whites from an egg, without having any special tool for it? Im always ruining 1/3 of my eggs in this process so an advice would be welcome!

Thanks!

Here you go!

And here's a way I've never seen before, you might want to try and let me know how it works

Crack the egg (making sure you only split the egg in two) and tip the white into one half of the shell while the yolk stays in the other.

Or alternatively you crack the egg and poor the whole egg into one hand and let the white trickle through you fingers (into a bowl) whilst keeping the yolk in your hand. That is the way chefs do it.

Both need a bit of practice - and I wish I could show you

P.s. I forgot about using the bowl - nice you tube vid!!

HI,
Please try this one coz i've been doing this everytime i will prepare desserts made of eggyolks

Crack the egg that is make a hole on the tip of the egg and put it upside down placing a fork on the hole. And surely the egg white will slowly get out of the shell.
goodluck

I think you need to prick the thin end of the egg as the yolk is in the fat end - is that right Pizza? Never heard this method before. Sure there is not a video on YouTube?
