Easy lemon cake

3 lemons
1 lt. water
2 pack biscuits (we call them petit beurre ı dont know what you say)
Whipped cream
lemon or orange slices
4 tbl. spoon corn starch
8 tbl spoon sugar

stir sugar and corn starch, add water and three lemon's juice. Cook it til it looks like pudding. While it is still warm soak some deep service plate, pour this lemon pudding's like 1 cm. 1 layer biscuits, 1 layer pudding till finish both. Put in the fridge for 3 hours. turn the plate upside down and decorate it with whipped cream and orange slices. Bon apetite

Ahhhhh, 'petit beurre'!
That's what we call them too, they've been existing as long as I can remember. Dipping them in Nutella or spreading them with butter when my mum was not looking.. And eating them straight with nothing added as well of course

Ahhh, childhood memories....

Thanks for the recipe Aslı, I will definetely try it. And this is what 'un petit beurre' looks like btw

Nono, since I'm not an egotistical person I'd like to share this beautiful recipe with all you lovely people here

and by doing that I won't be the only one feeling guilty when indulging in this decadent chocolate miracle
