Buying a House in Türkiye

Salam ve Merhaba,

I was wondering if anyone knows of any resources in Türkiye(not from outside), of real estate such as someone who might help in purchasing a house. I looked but only found westerners or rich Turks who own Real Estate and charge a fortune for a house in Türkiye. I'm not looking for a fancy house or a mansion to purchase or to build. I am looking for a decent house which I can invest my money over time(say few years) and eventually have a property and build slowly by slowly. I am also not familiar with real estate terminologies so there might be a term to describe it but I do not know. If anyone understands what I am talking about and can help, it would be highly appreciated. Or else please spare me the harsh words for sounding like an idiot.

are you asking for real estate agencies in turkey?

if so, maybe have a look here at this one:

as for terminology, from what you describe, i think you are looking at purchasing an investment property, where you can rent it out to other people.

Hello!

Are you still looking to buy property in Turkey? If so what area are you interested in? I know a very good design and construction company in the Fethiye area if you would like to consider this.

My contact email is jenifa_t@hotmail.co.uk. Also the companies website is www.melodyhouses.com

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thankyou
