Rice with lamb meat and carrots

Half kg. carrots
1 kg. lamb meat
2 water glass (200 ml.) of rice
3 glass of water
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon blackpepper
oil
Wash your dice chopped lamb meat in a pot, add some oil, cook it in a low glow about an hour. By the way, cut carrots into pieces like thick toothpicks. (it takes a while but, will worth it) Add carrots salt and pepper in to pot. whan carrots are soft add pre washed rice on it. Make sure you have a flat surface before adding rice. Do not stir after that.While adding water, you have to put a spoon under flow so rice could stand still. Cook it about 35 min. in low glow. Turn the pot upside down on a flat service plate. Carrot and meat on top you will have a fancy rice for dinner.
