Can somebody teach me how to make pilav from Bulgur? I have finally mastered the rice pilav, but I also love the reddish bulgur pilavı that is often served next to 'take away kebaps'

Thanks in advance.

My bro can cook it.
There are carrot, long pepper, tomato and onion in it.
You may also add shredded pepper.
But have no idea how to cook.

I don't know if this is a general thing but I always "fry" it before adding water. it also tastes great if you add tomatoes and/or green pepper while frying it.

That's how I often prepare rice
Fry chopped onion and garlic (and other vegetables if you like like carrots or pepper...), add the rice, stirfry for a couple of minutes and then add the water. The cooked rice get's a really nice taste that way.
