Hi All,
I have read the following thread:
http://www.turkishclass.com/forumTitle_15_5655
And also this website:
http://www.turkishconsulate.org.uk/en/visa.htm#residencevisa
And this website:
http://www.e-konsolosluk.net/InfoNotes/IN_Item.aspx?ID=300
But somethings are still unclear to me.
My questions are:
*if my partner already has a Residence Visa and Permit for Turkey (but not Turkish Citizen), am I able to get the same thing but as his spouse (fiancee/wife)?
*do I need to show a Work Visa and Permit to get a Residence Visa/Permit?
Many thanks!

*if your partner is not a Turkish citizen, you are able to get the residence visa only if you are wife. (to be a fiancee will not help in this issue)
*to obtain a residence visa, there are two ways as i know. One of them is getting a work permit as you have mentioned. And the other way is studying in Turkey.

i am not sure but the minumum period should be 6 months for that. after you get the student visa you get your residence permit in Turkey from the foreigner police offices. And you can prolong it in Turkey, without leaving the country just registering for other study programs, courses, etc.
