can anyone give me a simple recipe for meat balls?

1 little onion
2 slice of old bread
300 gr. mince
2 tea spoon salt
2 tea spoon cumin
1 tea spoon blackpepper
1 egg
parsley


grate onion, make wet the old bread slices for make them soft. Add all the others, knead. Make little balls.

asli, sounds great. do I wet the bread with water or milk?
