1 package spagetti
1.5 ltr. salted water
1 table spoon butter
250 gr. minced meat
150 ml. virgin olive oil
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 gloves of garlic
fistful parsley
1 tea spoon cumin
1 tea spoon thyme
blackpepper
red pepper
Put spagetties in boiling salted water and cook it for 11 min. Put them in a strainer. Leave them little watery. Melt down 1 table spoon butter and mix the spagetti with it.
Dice chop onion cook it in oil for 4 min. add mince cook for 10 min. Add chopped tomatoes, garlics and spices. Cook 5 min. more.Decorate your spagetti with sauce, bon apetit!
