It's definately a slang term used for "Who gives a f_uck or sh_t". You don't hear people saying this, however.

Yes, but confession at the church is only held on Saturdays. The only way I can be forgiven is to ask for reconciliation from a priest. So until then, I will say a few Hail Mary's to get me by.
