can anyone tell me what it means? Something wit mother...??

it means mom,anne means mother.when you say annecigim,it means you are more closer to your mother or sth he he he

I think the correct way to write it is anneciğim

It comes from anne + -cik + -im

-cik is a diminutive suffix, it makes a word sound sweeter in a way, or smaller. When you say "annecik", it's more like "mummy", not mother.
And the -k- is replaced by -ğ- when a vowel follows.

So, it means something like my mummy
