> i have aholiday or am in holiday

You can say 'Tatildeyim.'

Tatil - Holiday
Tatilde - on holiday
Tatildeyim - I am on a holiday

> i passed the examinations or i succeeded in the
> final examinations

And for this one, you can say 'Final sınavlarını (or finalleri) geçtim.'

"During my holiday" can be translated into Turkish to be " tatilde iken (tatildeyken), tatilim boyunca or tatilim esnasinda". All of these are correct.

Tatildeyken Turkce calismayi planlayacagim.

If I were you, I would prefer the sentence below
But the sentence above is also correct.

-Tatildeyken Turkce calismayi dusunuyorum.

<<>>
-I am thinking of studying Turkish while I am on holiday
