Lovely!

Just 3 things you need to look at:

(a) To say "my" we add -ım ending.
So my name is Berni: Benim adım Berni
Adın Berni means "your name is Berni".

(I think this may just have been a typo)

You don't have to say Benim. The -m ending does that for you. But you can say it to add emphasis.

(b) If a word ends in a vowel, you have to add a y before adding the im ending.

Şili: Chile
Şilili= Şili + li: From Chile
Şililiyim: Şili + li + y + im: I'm from Chile

(c) To say I know a little Turkish.
Küçük means little as in small size
Az means little as in small amount

We therefore say
Az Türkçe biliyorum.

Or, in your case, you know enough to write this!
So I would say

Biraz Türkçe biliyorum = I know a little Turkish

Teşekkürler MarioninTurkey!
Evet, it was a typo. About the benim, I wanted to say that. Turkish in that way it's the same than spanish, we don't need to add the personal pronouns =)

biraz is something like one little?

May I say something?
After using a number there is no need to make the word plural so instead of uç haftalar you need only say uç hafta.
