Hi,
Its nice callighrapy of "besmele".
Besmele means, "Bismillahirrahmanirrahim". And It means "By the name of Allah that compassionate and merciful" The muslim people begins everything with "besmele" that they hope goodness.
Autopsy Of Sentence in Arabic:
B = by
ismi= his name
(a)llahi= Allah
(Al)rrahman= compassionate
(Al)rrahim= merciful
PS: There is many merging and vowel harmony rules in this sentence that i cannot tell with my poor English.
