English equivalent of the 2nd to last is
'you reap what you sow'

The rest can be translated literally but I can't think of English equivalents.

I wonder if the second refers to a Dutch one, that says 'Many hands make an easy job'. i.e. if many people work together, it's not as hard as when you would do it alone.

But I dont know if there is an English equivalent to that.
