Merhaba, bende iyim tesekkur ederim. Bugun Cardiff'den geldim, orada cok guzel ve denize yakin. Pazartesi'de cevep vermek lazim.

Hello I am fine too thanks. I came back from Cardiff today, its lovely there and its close to the sea. On Monday we have to give the answer if we want to move there.

Please can someone check and correct

"if we want"'s meaning is "Eğer (biz) istersek"

Let me give you some hints
"If I..." =Eğer ..." -sem or -sam"

"If you..."=Eğer ... -sen or -san"

"If he or she or it or they ..." ="Eğer ... -se"

And in your sentence
If we want to move there= Eğer oraya taşınmak "or" gitmek istersek
