Hi, could anyone tell me which cheap airlines fly from the UK to north Cyprus please? And then which airlines fly between north Cyprus and Istanbul?

If you google 'cheap flights to Cyprus'you should get the answers you need but I don't think it's on the budget airlines routes yet.North Cyprus to Istanbul should be easier.
