Menemen recipe: I like this version but usually cheese is not added but onions.Use Turkish white cheese. If you prefer onions, put them on the bowl before the cubanelle peppers(yeşil biber).
Çılbır recipe : Put yogurt over the eggs.Not eggs over yoghurt as it is written

Bravo Salukvadze! Exactly the recipe i use to cook menemen. With onion and white cheese too. Sometimes i even add mushrooms.
As for the bird-flu, how long after you eat infected eggs, symptoms start to show?  I ate menemen last weekend and today i m ill! :-S Oh my! I m dying! You all can start partying

Yes Boop mou. I ll make sure i wont die tonight. How can i miss Friday night's party?  No no! I ll join that and then i can die happy.
As for my pc, honey i ll give this to Slavica, sorry. Cause i think she has to throw hers out of the window. But you can have the other one. I got it today from the service. Only a few months' old. Its a beauty!

Honey if i had money, i wouldn't be here now. I would be at Peru, trying to find out about Inkas Aztecs and Mayas (my dream). But i can leave you my credit cards. Is that enough for a good party?
