Mine too! But a 1/4 cup of mint? Bit extreme............ where is the parsley! How do you measure 50ml of cheese? lol

1/4 cup of mint is measured with a very small cup..
And also, there are special cups for measuring crumbled feta cheese..
They are 100ml and they take exactly 122.3 grams of crumbled cheese.
It would be quite confusing to put ´61,15 grams crumbled feta cheese´ in the recipe..

And parsley has always been optional..

Parsley was forced on me in Bitez (one weeks hol!) lol........... so was something resembling a dandilion leaf with the waiter shaking it at me.... "why did you not eat?" and then the mint....... "you not like?" and then the parsley stalks.........."what is wrong?" lol Oh yes, then the juice at the bottom........... I called it water, he called it tomato juice lol

Oh and thank you for very specific clarification on the measurements "chef"! btw did you know they are American measurements??
