can someone translate this please - ´efendim canim´ and translate this into turkish please - ´sorry i havent answered your calls i am busy looking after my nephew cant wait to see you again missing you lots´

yes my dear,uzgunum,senin aradiklarine cevap vermemistim,ben cok yoğun calisiyorum, kardeş oğluma bakim(not sure of this word) ,tekrar senin gormek icin sabirsizlaniyorum,seni cok ozledim
