Deleting an uploaded picture

Please can someone help. I uploaded a picture [Not as a Personal Picture !! That is easy to ´Remove´] and wish to replace it by a new one. But I cannot seem to be able to ´Delete´ the old one. I will end up having 2 similar pictures and wish to avoid this.

I think you would need to send a PM to admin, I think only he can delete pictures from the Turkey pictures gallery.

How do I send a PM?
I don´t follow you. It is not an urgent matter but I have ended up having 2 similar sort of pictures and I want to avoid duplication, if it can be helped.

You can send admin pm as same as you do with anyone
