Before the first Istanbul Grand Prix that will be held on August 21st this year, Formula 1 Pilot David Coulthard came to Istanbul this Sunday for a show with his F1 car with the sponsorship of Redbull. Coulthard, with this show, became the first F1 pilot to cross continents with his F1 vehicle.

Coulthard started his lap from Dolmabahce Palace in the European side of Istanbul. He crossed the Bosphorus Bridge to Asia and returned back to Dolmabahce over the bridge again.

i saw it, i saw it! first i had no idea what was going on, the traffic was stopped and i saw a lot of people waiting for something. then i heard Turkish anthem. shortly after, a formula 1 car appeared with a thrilling screeching sound. it was the first time i had seen something like that! then there was a show of burning tyres, the reek of which in combination with the heat made me dizzy unforgettable experience!
i wish i had my camera with me...
