Pogaca Recipe

I have made this recipe. It is difficult to duplicate what you get in the pastaneliri though

Sinem, I tried this recipe several times and it tastes so good. (done with yeast) You can freeze the rest of the baked Pogaca

Thanks Rose for this recipe (i didn´t see it before)
If you want the pastry to be softer you can change 1/3 of the flour´s amount by starch

Yeast! That´s exactly what KeithL´s recipe lacked. I´m not a brilliant cook but I wondered what the dough would grow on without yeast, baking powder or soda...Cheers Roswitha - I´ll have something to do over the weekend
