Can someone give me some ideas on what to have on three meals: BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER

Maybe she´s just Turkish guests
for breakfast you may serve cheese (not cheddar the closest one as far as I remember was sweden cheese, butter, tomatoes, bread tea and boiled egg or omlette
for lunch macaroni or chicken based food I think will be the best if you are not familiar with our traditional spicy food which generally has a lot oil, ketchup-mayonnaise or yoghurt, soup (mushroom or tomatoes will be pretty ok) salad watermelon or something to drink
Dinner is not my speciality but I may suggest roasted beef, potato (however you wish), some other vegetables and again soup may be a good starter

actually it is just for me and a very good friend of mine. I am turkish and so is he, only I don´t get to eat turkish food often this way it´ll be special for both of us

Binnur is undoubtedly the best site for recipes, I´ve used it many times ... but try this site too ...

this site is by far my favourite!! I have used Binnurs many many many times always with great success!!
