The governer of the seaside resort Antalya has put a ban on foam parties after the death of three people last month. The ban will stay until better security actions are available, Turkish newspapers wrote on Tuesday. End of July two tourists and a Turkish employee were electrocuted at a foam party in a luxe hotel. They died when the operator of the foam machine slipped and the machine fell on the floor. Foam parties are very popular in hotels and clubs at the Turkish Mediterranian.

This is horrific!!! Rather than security I would say they need a Health & Safety investgation.  There must have been something dreadfully wrong with the insulation of the machine or the wiring was exposed.  Obviously very dangerous equipment. In the UK the owner of the club would be charged with manslaughter.
