He was born in 1948. studied at The Decorative Art Department of Fine Arts Faculty The artist who is also interested in photography and art started his professional career as a cartoonist in 1989.

He established Cartoon Publishing House and helped cartoon art to spread out to a wider population. He had been one of the directors of the Association of Cartoonists For many years.

He contributed to several national and international competitions won nature and environment awards．as well as Success Awards at the Aydln Dogan International Canaan Competition in the early years.

He has exhibited his works in several countries such as; Italy, Spain, TRNC Bulgaria and Macedonia.
