We call this wonderful Turkish sweet "KADAYIF".

"TEL KADAYIFI".

We also call it "CEVİZLİ -walnut-  ya da -or-  FISTIKLI -peanut-  VE -and- KAYMAKLI -creamy- TEL KADAYIFI".

KÜNEFE is made with hot cheese.
