Hello! I seem unable to translate the sentence "You forced us to eat" correctly. I have two alternatives, possibly none of them are correct:
- Bizi yemeye zorladınız.
- Yememize zorladınız.
(Of course, one could also use the alternative verb "mecbur etmek": is there some slight difference in meaning then?)
I have gotten very good replies on the "iç cümle"-issue here before! Thanks for those!

I think there´s a technical problem, I cannot see the rest of your message. I don´t see the two versions you proposed. I would say this sentence in turkish as:
You forced us to eat.
Bizi yemeye zorladın.

Thank you very much! It seems that one of my alternatives turned out right after all!

My original post was this -- hope this shows:

What are your alternatives?
I would have said
yemek yememize zorladın.

I would say
Yemek yememizi zorladın
His/her two alternatives were:
1. Bizi yemeye zorladınız. 2. Yememize zorladınız.
Couldn´t you see them??

Bizi yemeğe (siz/sen) zorladın(ız-if you use siz).
Depending on the contex, if you want to stress that "you forced", then you have to use sen/siz, otherwise no need.

Be careful here. With "-Ğ-" it means you use the noun and with "-Y-" you use infinitive form of "yemek".
yemeğe zorladın = you forced (us) to the meal
yemeye zorladın = you forced (us) to eat
"yememizi zorladın" doesn´t sound good. More or less it can be translated as "you forced our eating".
