I am not translating exatly but what he says is that this Onur guy has talked to Serkan´s girlfriend behind his back, and now they are separated.  He is scared that it can happen to you too because he talks rubbish all the time.  He is also saying that all of his friends have more than one girlfriend (i think it is likely to be true) and he has only you.  And he wants to keep it that way.  He says he can find many girls but he doesn´t because he loves you.  Some of his friends call him names like idiot, because he doesn´t have more girl friends.. but he calls them names too, basically dog names. And he calls Onur "pyscho" because he really thinks he is.
