Either you say It is very kind of you - çok naziksin, or thanks for compliments - iltifat için teşekkur ederim.. It sounds nice to say thank you for your kind words in English, but sounds a bit tooo formal in Turkish - but still, if you want to say it, you can - Nazik sozlerin için teşekkür ederim.
