I wanted to translate the sentence:

´there are foreign girls who received a letter from their turkish friend that they can´t read´

and made the following construction:

türk arkadaşından mektup alan anlamamayan yabanci kızlar var

Is this: 1) OK / 2) wrong / 3) not turkish at all

If 2 or 3, how should it be written correctly?

"Are there foreign boys who received a letter from their turkish friend that they can´t read?"

""Türk arkadaşından okuyamayacağı bi mektup alan yabancı erkekler var mı?"
