Here´s a literal translation, I´m not fluent in turkish so no promises:

"The time to make a home is coming.

The time to run away from home is coming."

Sounds like something about growing of age, you´re old enough to leave and make your own home somewhere else?

yuvayý kurma vakti yaklaþýyor

yuvadan uçma vakti yaklaþýyor

The time to make a nest is coming.

The time to fly away from the nest is coming

yuva translates into nest

(like start a home, family, a new life etc.)

and I think the second line is to do with flying away from your old home or something, starting a new life

sounds like something you find in falým wrappers
