I will be in Cappadocia for New Year´s Eve - alone.  Does anyone know of a good place to celebrate and have a bit of champagne?

I have stayed one night in Urgup Evi. I think it`s one of the most authentic places you can find there. They served good wine but Im not sure about champagne.

I just saw on the travel channel a beatuiful inn that is like the "fairy chimneys". Although the travel said it was romantic and you said you would be alone.
