 Tel, he is not a person, it´s instead of telephone i guess..

yenge is sister-in-law or aunt. I guess it´s a friend/brother of your boyfriend´s writing referring to you. In turkish everyone has a special name, like you call someone ´aunt´ but theyre not really your aunt. like a guy would say ´brother´ to a mate kind of thing
