You´re right, sonunda.

www.dictionarist.com mentions it.

 

But you have to know these expressions.

 

On the other hand: be serious can be translated by aðýr ol, isn´t it?

 

(keep your cool, what´s that?)

I have seen ´ciddi´ used more often  for serious.
