Strange text. Looking at the last bit, he seems a bit angry. That´s why i assume the ´sen tek´ is something like: you´re on your own. Not quite sure. Same with ´sen vardýn´ . And who´s the he-person in ´sana yardým edecek´? Oh, why don´t they use comma´s and dots? Would make more sense.

Helal olsun - this can mean ´Bravo!´ or ´Good for him´ -  could this be meant sarcastically in view of the ´angry tone´ of the text?  Or is it ´Take it with my blessing my dear, it will help you...´

but the ´it´ doesn´t refer to the ´it´ of the first part (take it with my....), because that´s just one of the possible translations. ´It will help you´ stands on its own, as ´Helal olsun´ has no third person singular.
