my friend has just emailed me with the news that his new baby has been born.

I would like to send him a traditional Turkish message to congratulate him and his wife and to welcome the newborn. Any ideas please?

Thanks in advance

modified - I found this I think it will work ok (Thanks to Kurtlovesgrunge June 2007)

I think it fine.  It has all the right congratulations and wishes in it.  If you are in a hurry I think it is fine to send, if you want comments from native speakers, you might wait until more of them are logged in.
