I´ve got a friend request from Facebook but before I say ´yes´ I want to know what´s on that persons page. So can anyone please translate the following for me?

Comment:  People make a lot of very idiomatic and abstract Turkish comments in facebook.  IMHO this is one of them.  This is my best effort.  I hope a native/fluent speaker can improve on it.

One 2nd thought.   I may not be able to write an "elegant" translation but it seems like this person "likes to talk a lot and be heard by others he doesn´t know".  If that makes sense to you. So if you like that or not decide accordingly.

Smile...your hopes  make a contribution to your life...but people remain, remain like this in your life too, don’t learn by heart, get through by living faith... be self-possessed, appreciate those under your care,  value your being...and work hard for the appreciation of your words.
